On their first date, Mo served Agnes a smoked salmon tartare with dill & baby capers, avocado salsa, roasted beetroot and cucumber carpaccio followed by crisp skin pork belly, orange & carrot puree, baby pea crush with sous vide turnips and to finish, a flourless chocolate & walnut cake, with mascarpone and fresh strawberry coulis. Fourteen years later, their one-thousandth date was equally delicious.
